Returns Policy

You can buy from us with complete peace of mind with our 30 day returns policy.

Enclosed with your order will be a returns form, you can complete this and return any unwanted goods, so long as they are in new and unused condition, in the original packaging. If you loose the form, or one was not included, you can download a copy here: Returns Form.

What if I just simply change my mind?

If your order arrives and you simply change your mind or it was not as expected, unwanted goods can be returned within 30 days from delivery, unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in their original sellable condition. All free gifts and all accessories must also be returned unused, in the same condition.

Unboxed items, non-stock items and Special Orders will carry a 10% restocking fee to cover costs, including but no limited to, Credit Card fees that cannot be recovered and fees charged by the distributor for sending unwanted items back to them. If items show any sign of use, they will be treated as second hand and refunded as such.

If the order is returned through no fault of our own, the Buyer is responsible for return postage and the original delivery costs will not be refunded. The balance will be credited back to you after your items have been inspected and found to be in their original sellable condition.
