CRKT
Tailbone
Code: CRKT-2415
The CRKT Tailbone™ fixed blade outdoor knife passes as an ordinary neck knife with a paracord-wrapped handle. The machine chain handle moves for superb ergonomics but remains perfectly fixed when cutting or slicing.
T.J. Schwarz of Boise, Idaho, borrowed the concept when he designed a fixed-blade knife handle after a fish's spine, and not one to shy away from a daring new idea; he created the Tailbone™ with a simple stonewashed drop point blade and a handle that blows routine out of the water.
The adaptable handle moves vertically, conforming to your hold, wrapped in paracord for an improved grip with a sizeable finger hole and jimping for control.
The robust and injection-moulded sheath lashes easily to a pack or quickly becomes a neck knife.
The Tailbone™ is everything you desired and everything Mother Nature didn't.
